Wait-List Information:
*We will contact sign-ups in the order of the date received, and most likely will contact the entire list with-in a day's time. Please respond as soon as you are able to when we would reach out to you in regard to availabilities for our Wait-List.
* For Month-to-Month Site requests- a $150.00 Security Deposit will be due **in seasons that drive a wait list.
(When multiple requests for reservations are being experienced.)
The Deposit will ensure you are called when the next vacancy is known
with the option of taking over the campsite, or deferring until the next opening if preferring a specific site.
*** Normal seasons with typical vacancies will not require a deposit.
An Invoice for your Wait-List Deposit will be emailed to you within 24-72 hours with a Pay Now link.
**** All Deposits will be refunded in full, with the option to apply to your departure month invoice, except for failed reservations that no-show or do not notify Hidden Hollow Park, LLC of any changes.
