"We are pet friendly, as long as the Pet is Friendly" *Typical Banned dog breeds are not allowed unless specialty insurance can be provided and the animal seems to have good temperament. * Persistent, uncontrolled barking will be addressed by politely asking to remedy the noise nuisance. Continued Nuisance's will have to vacate with-in 48 hours due to continued disturbances. *Pet waste must be cleaned up due to sanitary reasons & requirements by the Marshall County Health Department, and the Landlord. Unsanitary grounds due to pet waste not being cleaned up and disposed of properly will be given a warning prior to asking to vacate the grounds do to unsanitary reasons. *All animals must be leased or secured if walking the property and lane. |
