Departure & Refund Terms & Conditions
I understand that if I, or any of my co-tenants or guests, disagree with any of the Lease Terms & Conditions or Campground Rules & Regulations of Hidden Hollow Park, LLC, I may willfully depart from the campground and property at any time and that a prorated refund will be provided by check to the address on file if any amount is due, subject to applicable rates and any applicable tax.
In calculating any refund due, I understand that stays less than thirty (30) TOTAL days are taxed in the state of West Virginia,
similar to a short-term hotel stay.
I understand that the Short-Term Daily Rate for Six (6) Nights or less is $28.30+ tax ($30.00 including tax),
the Extended Daily Rate for Seven (7) or more Nights is $25.00+ tax ($26.50 including tax) per Day.
I understand that I will not be charged for the day that I depart if departed by 10:00 AM.
Departures after 10:00AM and before 2:00 PM are prorated at 50%.
Departures after 2:00 PM will be charged the full day.
I understand that if I have been staying on a Calendar Month-to-Month Basis,
my Departure Month will be calculated by multiplying the calendar day by $25.00,
with the relief of the departing calendar day if departed by 10:00 AM.
Departures after 10:00 Am and before 2:00 PM will be charged at 50% of the day's rate.
The full calendar day will be charged for departures after 2:00 PM.
Current Calendar Month Standard Leases are $650.00 per month for all sites except for site #2.
Site #2's monthly rate is $700.00.
I understand that stays that extend past 30 days are not taxed in the State of West Virginia.
